To give a little insight into what this post is about, tomorrow it's my birthday and I am turning 23. I decided to write 22 points that might be helpful and might be not, that I have discovered throughout my life.

Here they are:

1. Everyone has their own road. You are not late, nor early for any part of your life.

2. You cannot make people happy.

3. Waste your emotions on unimportant things.

4. When you understand that you should be your biggest priority then things will go in the right direction.

5. Always help when you can. Give £2 to the poor and they can spend it on whatever they like. You did your part.

6. Don’t overshare with people. It will play you a sick joke.

7. Look at life as a party you sometimes don’t want to attend.

8. Don’t smell your food! Sometimes it tastes better than it smells.

9. Always have one black and one white T-shirt in your wardrobe.

10. If people’s opinion bothers you, change your mindset. Sometimes, it is constructive, others it’s not. Learn to separate them.

11. You do not need a crowd of friends. You need people that would pick up the phone share your trouble and would agree to endure your attitude.

12. Alcohol is overrated. Get drunk on music and emotions, with the intensity of life. You do not get a hangover after that.

13. If you are a woman, learn what make-up fits you and apply it daily. BUT make a difference between everyday make-up and party one.

14. Hold on to the patriarchy. A woman cannot find her femininity with a man that is not masculine. Find a man who would help you find your delicate side.

15. Learn ‘small talk’. It is easy to start a conversation and easier to evaluate the person.

16. Always flavour the meat and leave it to rest for at least half an hour before you cook it. If the meat is red, even a day earlier is better.

17. Change your dishwasher sponge every week. A lot of bacteria collect in it.

18. Do not use scrubs and sponges in the bathroom. They are home to a lot of bacteria as well. It thrives in humid places.

19. You would not always be understood. Intelligent people would ask further questions or request details. Others will just laugh and insult you.

20. Your diet affects not only your weight but also your hair, nails, and skin. Drink more water and create colourful plates when you eat.

21. If you are ill, try taking care of yourself with natural methods. Use pills only if crucial. The pharma was not created to heal you because there won’t be profit otherwise. Remember that.

22. If you want to do something, do it today. Whether it is doing the dishes or applying for a job, do it now. Tomorrow you will feel accomplished and less lazy.
